Summer Walking Essentials & Podcasts I'm Loving

In the summer, I live for my daily walks! There’s nothing better than being outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine. Not only is walking a great way to get my daily steps in, but it helps me unwind and just detach from everything else going on. Lately, I’ve been listening to podcasts during my walks and have been loving it! There are a ton of juicy podcasts out there that are SO good! I’m sharing all the ones I’ve been loving lately as well as all my other walking essentials down below for you guys. Let me know what I should listen to next!

My Walking Essentials

Lululemon shorts (I wear size 4) - This is my current favorite pair. These ones are 5” so they’re the perfect length.

Lululemon Align bra (I wear size 8) - This my favorite sport bra because it’s buttery soft and comes in tons of colors. It’s also perfect for low intensity workouts like walking.

Lululemon tank (I wear size 6) - This tank is super breathable and light - perfect for those hot days.

Sorel sneakers (TTS) - I love the dad shoes trend but they aren’t always the most comfortable to walk in. That’s why I love this pair - they have great support and good for those shorter walks.

Nike sneakers (TTS) - These are my absolute favorite workout shoes. I wear them ALL the time and they’re great for longer walks or really anything active.

Jockey socks - You guys ask me all the time where I get my socks and these are the ones I’m always wearing. They come a few inches above the ankle.

Lululemon belt bag - IYKYK - This belt bag is the best for carrying your phone, keys, and essentials. It’s also great for hikes or daytrips when you don’t want to carry a purse.

Anine Bing hat - Hats are great for keeping the sun off my face and this one is super chic and goes with everything.

SPF - I love this Supergoop sunscreen because it gives you a little bit of glow to give you that “lit from within” look.

AirPods - I use my AirPods when I’m listening to podcasts because they’re hands free and easy to wear.

AirPods Max - These are noise cancelling so I love using them when I want to listen to music or completely zone out!

I'm pretty much always listening to podcasts on my walks so I thought I'd round up a few of my favorites! This is definitely not a comprehensive list, but just a handful that I've remembered really liking.

What We Said: This is more of a casual girl chat podcast and they have the funniest "story time" episodes where people write in and tell their outrageous stories. This episode that I linked below was so sweet and more of a "feel good" episode, but some of their other episodes literally have me laughing out loud.
