What I Packed for Miami

If you missed it, I’m currently in Miami with Tarte and am having so much fun! Cort got to come with me so it’s been a nice little getaway for us both. It’s been so nice soaking up some sun and enjoying some warm weather - I’m so ready for spring and summer! Anyway, I wanted to share my outfits and what I packed in case you’re planning a nice warm vacay as well. So, here’s everything I took to Miami…

My Packing List

Dresses - When I think of Miami I think of fun bright colorful dresses! I love wearing dresses in the summer and on warm weather getaways, so here are a few that I picked up for the trip.

Cover-ups - While I love a crochet cover-up, for this trip I mainly packed oversized button-ups. I think they look so cute on their own or paired with some denim shorts. How cute is this pink one from Abercrombie? I also love a classic white one - so versatile and never goes out of style!

Skirts & shorts - You can never go wrong with a pair of denim cutoff shorts! I have SO many pairs of shorts but these have been my favorites recently. I also love bringing a few skirts to wear to dinner or to throw on over my bikini.

Bikinis - You can’t go to Miami (or any tropical destination) without at least a few bikinis or bathing suits. I picked this coral one up for the trip, but I’ll link a few others that I brought as well. Bright colors and floral prints have definitely been trending lately which I love!

Sandals - I always bring a few pairs of sandals with me when I go on a trip like this. I also like to pack a couple different pairs of heels for dinner and nights when I want to get a little more dressed up. Luckily, sandals don’t take up too much room in my suitcase ;)

Accessories - I love to accessorize my outfits with fun handbags, hats, sunglasses and jewelry. I’ve especially been loving the throwback jelly handbags - who else remembers these from their childhood?! I’m all for the Y2K trends that are coming back!
