New and Improved:
In this second edition of videos, we made lots of new improvements! We added the name of each exercise, reps, and timers on the screen to make the exercises easy to follow along with. We also added in demos before each of the moves to give you time to grab equipment and learn the move before jumping in. We added in breaks after strenuous moves and also added in the option to repeat the whole workout a second time through.
You can still access and purchase the first edition of videos here. The first edition workout videos are from October 2019 but I recommend starting with the (NEW) second edition videos above. There are many new improvements to the SEcond Editon and they include all new exercises!

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE WORKOUTS:
If you don’t already have these 3 items, I recommend buying them because they are used in most of the videos. They’re affordable and great items to have for lots of at-home workouts!
Resistance Bands: I recommend getting the set
Theraband: I use both black and blue in the videos but I recommend using black for more of a challenge! Or if you get blue, you can always go further down in the loops on the band for more resistance
Dumbbells: I mainly use 5lbs and 8lbs for these workouts!
These items are only used in a couple videos so I wouldn’t consider them “must haves”:
Medicine Ball: only used in the warmup for the Partner Workout. We used a 6lb ball, but you could also use a basketball or do a different warmup if you don’t have a basketball or medicine ball
Jumprope: only used in the warmup for one workout- you can always jump in place if you don’t have a jumprope!
