Living Room Updates with Urban Styles

You guys know I've been on somewhat of a home decor frenzy recently. I get a little antsy when it comes to my home and have desperately wanted to bring more of a warm toned, cozy, boho vibe into our living spaces. After living in our home for two years now, I finally gave myself permission (aka Cort gave me permission) to freshen our space up a bit. This room was previously a little more cool-toned and modern, and just didn't flow well with the rest of our house. With the help of Urban Styles, we brought in more warm wood tones and neutral fabrics to truly transform this space. I had heard amazing things about Urban Styles from multiple friends, so I stopped in a few months ago to see what the buzz was all about and, WOW, I can honestly say it's a shopping experience like none-other in the furniture and home decor realm. The store is known for its funky, modern & vintage-inspired furniture, home accents, & art. They have everything from classic pieces to quirky accessories that span all styles and price points. My main goal was to find a neutral toned sofa that was COMFY and a coffee table to tie it all together. After shopping by myself and finding a few pieces that I liked, I knew I had to bring Cort in to check out my favorites. We've truly never had so much fun shopping for furniture before. Most furniture stores are so stuffy and bland, but that's just not the case with Urban Styles! There's something new (and surprising) around every corner and you honestly just have to see it for yourself. I've never seen Cort enjoy shopping so much and when we left he said, "wow, that's a really cool store." Which means a LOT coming from a dude who hates shopping.

Anyways, we landed on this gorgeous sofa and are so happy with the quality and comfort. I really wanted one long bench cushion and a good neutral fabric. The ordering and delivery process was seamless and after the sofa was delivered Cort made a comment that those were the best delivery guys we've ever had in our house. We also got this gorgeous coffee table to add some warmth to the room and I absolutely love the sunburst wood design! I had Urban Styles come over and help me set up the room for this shoot so you could see some other styles that they have to offer. They have everything from cozy throws, coffee table books, wall art, neon signs, lamps, pillows, you name it! I'll list out everything below so you can easily track something down if you're in store or would like to place an order. I always like to give items some time before making a recommendation- we've had this sofa now for 2 months and I can honestly say that we love it so much and the quality is incredible. If you're local, I definitely recommend popping in sometime soon to check out the store. They have something for everyone and the staff is super friendly and helpful! This space definitely feels more like me and I’m so happy with how it all turned out!
