My Amazon Gym Favorites

In case you missed it, I shared my home gym reveal last week where I linked all my gym equipment. I also picked up a few things from Amazon for our gym. Amazon has an amazing selection of weights, benches, resistance bands, and more. I got this mini trampoline from Amazon which is not only a fun way to sneak in that cardio, but helps with lymphatic drainage as well. I love using these Bala bangles for a little extra resistance, and this Pilates ball is perfect for ab workouts. We also use this for box jumps which is such a good workout!
